Abstract

This article analyzes the dynamics of compliance, addressing the challenges and evolutions in the implementation of compliance programs. Initially, the concept of compliance and its importance for companies are discussed. Then, the external pressures that shape companies' internal practices and their strategic response to meet legal and social demands are examined. The evolution of compliance standards in response to social and technological changes is also addressed. Finally, the subjectivity in the application of compliance standards is explored, with an emphasis on contextual analysis and the need for a dynamic and updated program.
